Pictorial pamphlet in protective envelope, staple bound, complete with small repaired tear on upper back page. Clean pages with no inscriptions. There is no publication date but the “Freezer” was produced  and sold in the 1920’s. No author’s name. The first nine pages give comprehensive instructions for the use of the“Freezer”.The rest of the pamphlet gives recipes for various ice creams, Frappes and Ices.
